I know I need to slow things down. I know I need to work less. At the same time, I am also here to do work - I want to do what I am capable of. Right now, I believe that's by helping people figure out strength and health.

This is a TED talk that I often go back to, to keep reminding myself of what really matters. I hope it will keep informing my life decisions for the better. I highly recommend watching this.
