But isn't walking 6 days a week better? Why not 9 days a week?
Here's some simple math.
- 6 days a week x 1 hour a day x 3 months and then you quit coz it was too hard and taking too much time and you just couldn't keep up and you didn't see THAT much results, whatever they were = 72 hours
- 3 days a week x 10 minutes a day x 10 years because it is walking 10 minutes day = a whole lot more
Do what you can do. Build a habit. Start small. Yes, it is that simple.
P.S: You actually go on a walk. Not that inside the house stuff.
