In the process of migrating from WordPress to Ghost, I managed to lose quite a bit of my old posts and mangle the rest.

Am not a fan of Instagram and Facebook as a medium for what I want to read or watch or listen or learn from or write in - about health and fitness. Which means I obviously do not know how to communicate to others on that medium. So, figured now's a good time as any to start writing again, and back to a blog. The 10 people who spend 10 minutes and read this - there's more chance I learn something and some of you change something, rather than 10 seconds of skimming a post and double-tapping.

Thanks to Suneel, for consistently counting out the number of lines in my long emails to my Quad students, and for prodding me to get this blog back on track.
