It cannot be as simple as eating vegetables and drinking water.

It cannot be as simple as sleeping 7+ hours.

It cannot be as simple as showing up daily.

One cannot possibly get fit by walking daily.

We fool ourselves with all of this. Because all of this is common sense. Doable. Something we've known intuitively.

But if this is all there is, then our failure to move forward is on us.

And that's a hard lesson to take.

So, we wish that the answer is more complex than it really is. So, when we fail, we can blame it on something else besides us.

Wrong steps can lead us to the right path.

The only thing that can stop us is not acting.

Stop over-thinking. Find the next step, the next small bit of action to get you towards your goal and do it.

It is that simple. And you can do it. You just have to believe. And more importantly, start.
