Coaching ticks all kinds of boxes for me. But at the same time, I want to be more effective, I want to reach more people and sometimes that seems flawed. The people I am reaching, can I teach them better?

I am writing this just on the back of an hour-long conversation with someone who trains with me and was generous enough to share their past few months with me. It was an enriching conversation and yeah, I can see what Morrie says about being overwhelmed by what comes back.
