I do something silly near daily. It is my equivalent of getting on the weigh scale and obsessing over that number (daily). Maybe there's no harm, maybe am just checking for academic reasons. Whatever. I'd like to see what happens if I stop.

Pick something. If you get on the weigh scale daily, that's your thing. Something you are measuring daily and you question if it could be a negative thing.
Stop doing it!
I am going to start with 1 day. And then shoot for a week.
Even if I do fail tomorrow, the goal is still the same. Do it for 1 day, try daily until then. And then shoot for a week.
